At this point in time at the 8-Jan-2025 Board meeting Wendy held a folder in the air and proclaimed a written agency agreement was inside along with a Power of Attorney for Johnathan.Decorum was maintained and Johnathan was allow to speak on speaker. The reality, as is described below, is Wendy LIED to every member of the Board about having those documents. The documents were never produced after many requests
